We don’t keep personal information for longer than is necessary. We make conscientious use of a number of third party services to power our website and platform:

  • AWS - Security information including IP address and browser metadata.
  • Sendgrid (by Twilio) - Email address; Personal Information (company size, etc.) North America.

Any requests to exercise these rights can be done by emailing privacy@metomic.io. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed as early as possible and always within one month.

We don't use cookies on our website.

7. Changes to this policy

At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect current acceptable practices. We will take reasonable steps to let users know about changes via our website. Your continued use of this site after any changes to this policy will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information.
