Respond to Events in real-time

Our Event-Based Workflows feature is now live, enabling real-time detection and response to insider threats. Build automated workflows that trigger actions when specific events or risky behaviours occur—like a user downloading an abnormal volume of sensitive files.

This proactive approach empowers organisations to address potential data security risks effectively. For instance, you can detect and respond to departing employees downloading sensitive data or compromised accounts attempting bulk file extraction.

By automating responses—such as suspending access or alerting security teams—you can minimise the risk of data exfiltration, protect intellectual property, and ensure compliance.

Improved Content Preview for full context

Content Preview allows you to view sensitive data detections in context directly within the Metomic dashboard, making it easier to validate potential risks.

What's new?

• Previously, users had to access specific SaaS apps to preview detections. Now, you can preview full content directly in the dashboard, saving time and reducing platform switching.
• Detections are highlighted within the full content of supported assets for greater clarity.

Supported assets:

• Files and tabular data
• Slack and Slack Enterprise messages
• Jira tickets and issues
• Notion pages
• Most images

Our Enhanced Content Preview makes it easier to validate sensitive data detections.
